We are building a private group platform where families, communities, and member-led groups can grow together through clear records, accountable leadership, structured lending, and shared investment.

Napier was born from real experiences of family and community groups who struggled with governance, record keeping, transparency, and trust. After seeing these challenges firsthand, we envisioned a system where families and communities could grow together through disciplined savings, structured lending, shared investment, and better accountability.

Inspired by the wisdom of “Muvandi Kitothya” — the traditional Napier planter who provided nourishment for livestock — the Napier platform believes in nurturing people, building each other, and creating a stable foundation for growth.

The research behind Napier

From family lessons to a digital model for sustainable community finance.

Napier began as a lived research journey into ubuntu, black tax, trust, governance, informal lending, and the collapse of family-based financial systems when structure is missing. That research became the foundation for the Napier Platform.
